Back in the early 1990's I purchased my first computer which was a brand new Pentium 166mhz and immediately tore it apart and spent a good portion of my off time studing exactly how it worked and what I could do to make it perform faster, and more efficiently. After years of self study, hands on problem solving and information technology courses, I went out and obtained my A+ IT certification, and went full steam ahead with my own PC repar company, Minnesota Remote PC Repair. I started my own company because it was the only way I could devote as much time as needed to solving each issue that was brought before me. In a corporate environment, I would not be able to dedicate my time as I saw fit.
Computers are a window to the world. They are an incredibly important business, data storage and social tool. A majority of PC issues that plague people today can be solved by connecting to technicians over the internet. Slow computers, operating system crashes, and particularly virus and spyware problems. The result of these issues can cause loss of productivity which is loss of time, and the possibility of loss of irreplaceable data. The end result, a loss of MONEY.
My goal is to help businesses and PC owners eliminate time wasting issues brought on by inefficient maintenance procedurres. I accomplish this by installing or suggesting the latest and most effective maintenance utiliteis and methods that the IT world has to offer. I can solve these issues remotely, in-home or office, and at my place of business. A great referral for me would be a company that does not have their own in house information technology department and needs help in maining anywhere from 1-10 computers.

What does More Service mean?
More service means not watching the clock while working on someones pc system. More service means assisting customers at odd hours. More service means keeping the customer in the loop at all times during pc servicing. More service means tailoring each repair session to meet the needs of the customer. It means being able to function without a corporate script. It means selling only what is needed, and not pushing what's unneeded. I don't push parts, and I don't push software, unless it's free and I use it myself. If a customer asks me for a recommendation for a part or software, I will give it. Lastly, as the computer industry and even the PC repair industry is so vast , it is impossible to "Know it All". I am not afraid to say "I don't know". Rest assured however, I will find the answer, or find someone who does. I want all of my customers and those who contact me feeling as though they HAVE been helped.
